This policy explains what personal data BoseTechSol, Inc. ("BoseTechSol", "we") collects, how we use it, and your rights. We act as a data processor for customer data submitted to the platform, and as a data controller for marketing-site interactions.

- Usage data: product telemetry used to improve BoseTechSol.
- Marketing data: form submissions, cookie-based analytics (with consent).
How we use it
To provide the service, secure the platform, communicate important updates, and — with your consent — share product news. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@bosetechsol.example.
Terms of service
By using BoseTechSol you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, not to attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent its security, and to comply with the acceptable use policy in your master subscription agreement.
Intellectual property
BoseTechSol and all related marks are owned by BoseTechSol, Inc. Customer data remains the property of the customer at all times.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoseTechSol's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations.
Security commitments
BoseTechSol is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), run continuous vulnerability scans, and undergo annual third-party penetration tests. Security questionnaires and certifications are available on request.
